The client is an IT subsidiary of a MNC.
Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for managing and administering the full spectrum of HR functions for the companies assigned
- Support services include recruitment and selection, payroll and benefits administration, training administration, maintenance of data in SAP-HR, work pass matters as well as staff welfare matters
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ of relevant experience
- Experience within the IT industry is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP-HR will be an added advantage
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently involving interaction with people at all levels as well as participate as a team member
