Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing issues, including handling of exceptional cases
- Monitor branch compliance with AML/CFT regulations and laws and report any violation to management
- Promptly report any suspicious transaction activities to CAD
- Keep abreast of industry AML/CFT practices and update compliance policies and procedures accordingly
- Follow up on compliance-related auditors’/MAS’ findings relating to AML/CFT and their relevant rectification
- Liaise with MAS and government agencies on AML/CFT issues
- Conduct meetings with relevant departments on AML/CFT issues, including provide training to staff on related matters
- Regular reporting to Head Office in accordance with set timeframes
- Other duties include investigation of suspicious transactions and escalate any suspicious transactions to Manager
Requirements:

Degree holder

At least 5 years of compliance role in a banking environment

Working knowledge of AML/CFT requiremtns in Singapore and OFAC

Transaction monitoring experience

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle demands and requirements of internal customers
indicating your current and expecting salaries, notice period, reasons for leaving and a recent photograph.
